Yes. The first thirty minute call is on us so you can decide if we are the right fit. After that, fees depend on case complexity and are agreed in writing.
How long does a typical civil matter take?
Pakistani civil courts move at their own pace. A straightforward suit may resolve in a year or two. Complex property and commercial matters can take longer. We give you a realistic estimate at the start.
Will you handle a matter outside Islamabad or Rawalpindi?
We accept matters in courts across Pakistan. For appearances in distant districts we work with trusted local counsel and remain on the file as your principal lawyer.
How are fees billed?
Fees are usually milestone based. A clear written engagement letter sets out the work covered, the fee for each stage, and any out of pocket expenses.
Can I send documents over WhatsApp or email?
Yes. For quick first reads WhatsApp is fine. Once you become a client we move you to a secure shared folder for ongoing document exchange.
