How much does company registration in Pakistan cost?
SECP fees depend on authorised capital and are modest; the real value is in getting the structure, articles, and shareholder terms right at the start. We quote a fixed fee for incorporation including drafting, filings, and post-incorporation compliance setup.
Do two founders really need a founders agreement?
Yes — especially two friends. The agreement decides what happens when one stops working, wants to sell, or disagrees on direction. It costs a fraction of the dispute it prevents, and it is easiest to agree terms while relations are good.
Can a foreigner own a company in Pakistan?
In most sectors, yes — up to 100% foreign shareholding, subject to security clearance of foreign shareholders and directors. We handle the incorporation, clearances, and State Bank formalities end to end.
